1. Eligibility for Returns

- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged items (unless due to a defect upon arrival).
- Sale or clearance items.
3. Return Process

- Once approved, return the item to our provided address.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
