1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged items (unless due to a defect upon arrival).
• Sale or clearance items.

3. Return Process

• To initiate a return, contact us via email at Architools6@gmail.com
• Once approved, return the item to our provided address.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
• Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.
